The Mental Health Association in New Jersey in Ocean County’s Tools for Success program trains and educates Ocean County residents to help them succeed in the work environment.
Participants receive comprehensive training in all aspects of employment and certification training in Customer Service and Sales from the National Retail Federation Foundation. Tools for Success provides participants with the tools necessary to obtain and retain employment.
At this time referral from the Ocean County One-Stop Career Center is required. Please contact them for more information and to request a referral.
