Recovery Peer Outreach Support Team (RPOST) provides free non-clinical, one-to-one recovery support for individuals living with substance use challenges. Staffed by trained Peer Specialists with lived experience, RPOST offers compassionate guidance, resource navigation, and empowerment-focused support, honoring multiple pathways to recovery, ensuring that each person’s unique journey, goals, and preferences are respected. RPOST helps individuals strengthen coping skills, access community services, and build toward sustained recovery using a person-centered, strengths-based approach.
