Pathways to Success (P2S) holistically addresses barriers individuals impacted by opioids are facing, so they may find gainful and long-term employment.
P2S tailors’ services & support to meet the participant’s needs and individual goals, utilizing recovery-oriented, person-centered, trauma responsible, and culturally responsive approaches, as well as evidence-based practices, empowering individuals to take charge of their wellness and overall future.
P2S is a free service, available to Ocean County residents who are 18 years of age and older, that have been impacted by opioids.
✔ One-on-One, Non-Clinical Case Management – Personalized support tailored to individual goals.
✔ Recovery & Employment Barrier Reduction – Assistance in overcoming challenges to securing employment.
✔ Job Readiness & Employment Literacy – Soft skills (communication, professionalism) and hard skills training.
✔ Certification & Industry-Valued Career Training – Access to credential programs that enhance employability.
✔ On-The-Job Training & Work Experience – Opportunities for hands-on learning in real work environments.
✔ Resume & Interview Preparation – Guidance in crafting a strong resume and preparing for job interviews.
✔ Community Placement & Career Coaching – Connections to local employers and ongoing career mentorship.
✔ Basic Life Skills Development – Support in essential daily life skills for long-term success.
✔ Overall Wellness & Recovery Support – Encouraging holistic well-being as part of career and life growth.
By addressing barriers with a whole-person approach, P2S equips individuals with the skills, confidence, and resources needed to achieve self-sufficiency and long-term success.
