Looking forward to a good school year. From an ongoing pandemic, lack of in-person social interactions, social upheaval, and more, kids and teens are facing once-in-a-lifetime events that even adults aren’t sure how to handle. One of the easiest ways to help a child is to validate that their emotions are real and that they are worthy of our respect and attention. But how?
