More than Just a Support Group:
2017 Winter/Spring Union County Wellness Program and Support Group Sessions for
Peers and the Community
Are you interested in improving your wellness and your outlook on life? The Peer Outreach Support Team program of the Mental Health Association in New Jersey (MHANJ), in Union County, is pleased to offer a variety of mental health and wellness sessions to help nurture and improve the emotional well-being of our community. Sessions will be led by outside guest instructors and trained staff members.
Peer Outreach Support Teams provide peer-to-peer support based on each peer sharing lived experience with his/her behavioral health and recovery. The following groups will be held during this Fall and Winter. There is no cost to participate; registration is not required. Each session is scheduled for a Tuesday* evening from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m., at the MHANJ in Union County’s location, 2333 Morris Ave., Building C, Suites 206 & 208, Union, NJ 07083, unless otherwise indicated below. *Please note that our regular meeting night has changed from Wednesday to Tuesday.
