Schizophrenia Patient/Caregiver Survey

Consumer Health Sciences (CHS), a research group located in Princeton, NJ, would like to invite consumers to participate in its Schizophrenia Patient/Caregiver Survey. The group’s mission is to deliver the voice of the consumer/patient to the pharmaceutical industry. This study is designed to collect the attitudes, opinions, needs, and wants of those challenged with mental illness and those who provide care. The information collected will be used as a guide to help the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries fulfill the needs of patients and consumers.
