Beyond 9/11, MHANJ’s video production which helped school personnel prepare for the 9/11 anniversary this past September, has been chosen as an outstanding accomplishment by two industry award programs.

The Telly Awards 2002 Video Competition received in excess of 10,000 entries, with only 14-18% of the entries winning recognition. The Telly Awards is a national awards program founded in 1980 to showcase and give recognition to outstanding non-broadcast video productions. Beyond 9/11 received the Bronze Telly Finalist Statuette.

The Communicator Awards 2002 Video Competition received 3,234 entries from 48 states and 9 countries. With only 13% of entries earning an award.
