Dear Governor McGreevey:

 

We, the undersigned voters, are in favor of your support for funding you maintained in your
2003 budget for the mental health community, Redirection II,  the Children’s Initiative, and
the Direct-Care Salary increase.  We offer our support with NJ’s legislators in passing the
